The Workforce Development graduate education program is designed to increase the learning and performance capacities of individuals and organizations.
This program prepares scholar/practitioners to develop and facilitate interventions designed to enhance individual and organization performance. This program combines adult education and Human Resource Development (HRD) theory and best practices to advance professionals interested in improving the capacity of individual and organization development within the workplace.
The Doctor of Education in Workforce Development Education will prepare graduates for leadership, teaching and research careers.
