Module 6: Blackboard

BlackboardTM is the learning system the Workforce Development Education program uses to deliver courses. Once you have registered for your courses in ISIS, you will receive an e-mail from the School of Continuing Education and Academic Outreach informing you that you can access your courses in Blackboard. Follow the instructions provided in that e-mail. You will use your UARK ID and password to log in to your Blackboard homepage. A link to each of your classes will appear there.

If you are new to Blackboard, you should review the tutorials provided. On your Blackboard homepage, you will see a tab that says "Bb Tutorials" in the top right-hand side of the page.

Your instructors will expect you to know how to navigate the system, and most importantly, you need to know how to submit your assignments properly.

While there is a small learning curve, most students find that it does not take them long to learn how to use this system!
